Die Waldrunde in Musbach - the forest tour in Musbach

Das Gute liegt oft so nach: Zum Beispiel die Waldrunde in Musbach. Dass es die Tour im Nachbarort gibt, war mir schon länger bewusst (im Sommer hat ein Gast die Tour gemacht) und ich hatte sie sogar an Gäste empfohlen - aber nie selbst gemacht. Nun habe ich Waldrunde am vergangenen Wochenende wieder Gästen nahe gelegt, die »so richtig im Wald« wandern wollten. Und sie dann prompt selbst gemacht. Denn Wetter, Zeitplan und Tourlänge stimmten. Die Waldrunde ist ca. 8 km lang und es gibt auch nur 100 Höhenmeter (wenig für Schwarzwaldverhältnisse).

Was soll ich sagen? Ich bin begeistert. Die Tour ist ein Traum. Auf den 8 Kilometern besteht über die Hälfte aus Trails mitten durch den Wald. Man kann so richtig eintauchen.

Why look far away, when the best and simplest solution is so close at hand? This holds true for the forest tour in Musbach. I have known for a while that this tour exists (a guest hiked it last summer) and I even recommended it to guests- but I never did it myself. It changed last weekend. I gave the tour data to guests who wanted to hike »really in the forest«. And then, I went there on my own, because the weather, time and length of the tour sounded perfect. It is around 8 km long and has 100 height meters (not much considering that we are in the Black Forest).

What shall I say? I am delighted. The tour is a dream. More than half of the paths are real trails directly through the forest. You can immerse.

Wald pur. Lange Trails ohne Unterbrechnung (das gibt es um Igelsberg herum nicht, da sind dann doch mehr Forstwege). Und trotzdem viel Abwechslung. Und das auf 8 Kilometern. Diese Tour ist ein Highlight! Und man sieht, dass man auch in der nächsten Umgebung auch nach Jahren noch tolle Wege entdecken kann.
