The house has a large common area: There are two breakfast rooms with space for up to 20 people. A kitchenette for the preparation of simple meals (2 hot plates, dishes) is available. On each floor in the hallway you can find electric kettles to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee.

Furthermore, there is a lounge with a TV, books, DVDs and games. This room also leads to the terrace and garden area, which are also open for the guests.
